People tend to think that they will have to give up all their favorite foods and live on a strict low-calorie diet. That's not the case! In fact, by eating smarter, burning more calories, and making small changes in your daily routine, you can lose weight fast.

There is no reason to let yourself fall into the trap of being too thin. You can lose weight quickly and safely if you learn how to increase your metabolism. When your body becomes sluggish, it requires more energy to move and digest food. A slow metabolism also lowers your fat level, allowing you to lose weight while keeping your body mass index (BMI) in check.
