The therapist will start by applying light pressures on certain parts of the body such as the neck, shoulders, face, back, and feet to relax the client further. The focus should be on relieving tension, relaxing muscles, and loosening the joints. The hands and the feet should be massaged in a circular motion while the head should be rested in a position where it would not sink when it is being held in the water.
