No Excuse For Not Exercising

For a lot of people's excuses are the best of friends. No excuse is too good or too bad to justify bypassing exercise or staying in bed instead of hitting the gym. But that's not how it works. You can't just make up any excuse and expect it to stand up to the scrutiny of your peers and the instructor. In order to get the most out of your workout and enjoy it to the fullest, you need to have good reasons for doing it.

The problem with many excuses is that they give you a sense of security, a false sense of accomplishment, and they create a barrier between you and your goals.
